You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and uninstalled
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Items that show signs of installation, modification, or misuse are not eligible for return

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos or video evidence may be required
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost

If you decide to return an item for personal reasons:

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customized or special-order products
Items damaged due to improper installation

Including change of mind, ordering mistakes, or other personal reasons

A 10% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once the return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement, depending on the circumstances.
We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label when required.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase may be canceled free of charge.
Orders canceled more than 24 hours after purchase but before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
Special-order or custom-made items canceled before shipment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as production may begin shortly after the order is confirmed.
