Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty on Oleniva® Products

This Limited Warranty is provided by Casara Home LLC, doing business as Oleniva.

Casara Home LLC provides a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on Oleniva-branded products purchased directly from our website.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

What This Warranty Covers

During the two (2) year warranty period, Casara Home LLC may, depending on the specific situation:

Repair the defective product, or
Replace the defective product or component, or
Provide a refund of the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably feasible

Replacement products or parts may vary slightly due to product updates or availability.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic changes or surface finishes over time
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, or accidents
Unauthorized modification or repair
Damage caused by voltage irregularities
Damage resulting from fire, flood, natural disaster, or other external causes
Use of the product for unintended or commercial purposes

Professional installation is recommended where applicable.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us and provide:

Order number or proof of purchase
Product name or model
Description of the issue
Photos or video showing the defect

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Limitation of Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this two (2) year limited warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casara Home LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
